PBSSKA Unveils Tiger Mascot for PBSSKC

We are thrilled to introduce the brand-new official Tiger Mascot for the Purba Bardhaman Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate Championships.

The Tiger embodies the essence of "KAMAE" (Japanese for "Posture"), symbolizing a readiness to embrace challenges with an aggressive yet composed demeanor.

This digital Tiger Mascot Karateka represents a significant addition to Purba Bardhaman District's karate community. Holding a Black Belt in Karate (Seishinkai Shito-Ryu), this Tiger excels in Kata, Kumite, and Kobudo disciplines.

The choice of the Tiger as our mascot holds cultural significance, as it is the national animal of India, with the Royal Bengal Tiger being particularly renowned in West Bengal. The Tiger embodies qualities of grace, strength, agility, and power.

PBSSKA's decision to unveil this Tiger Mascot marks the commencement of a new era in Purba Bardhaman District Karate. While the mascot has yet to be named, its introduction is poised to inspire district karate athletes and promote the martial art.

PBSSKA Unveils the Official Logo of 5th PBSSKC 2023

Bardhaman, September 17: The Purba Bardhaman Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate Association (PBSSKA) has proudly unveiled the official logo for the upcoming 5th Purba Bardhaman Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate Championship 2023, set to take place at the Aurobindo Stadium in Badamtala, Bardhaman on October 8th, 2023.

After a year-long hiatus, we are excited to return, aiming to elevate the Seishinkai District-level karate tournament in Purba Bardhaman to new heights this year.

This dynamic logo, thoughtfully crafted by Debnil Mondal, promises to infuse a fresh vibrancy into our event's promotion. The logo ingeniously captures the essence of karate with a striking "Karate Punch" at its core, subtly integrating the Purba Bardhaman District Map. The design also incorporates the structural elements of the number 5, the letter "S" (representing Seishinkai), and the essential karate gear, gloves, and leg guards.
The "Karate Punch" figure, highlighted in yellow, is elegantly encircled, while a palette of vibrant colors – Purple, Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, Black, and White – enhances its visual appeal. The competition's name is artfully displayed in various fonts and designs.

The grey body of the logo, resembling a "5," symbolizes both the 5th edition of the competition and the letter "S," which proudly represents Seishinkai.
